T Series Pneumatic Brad Nails
Rhinails
Rhinails T Series micro-brad nails are 16-gauge collated steel brad nails with a 1.53mm wire diameter and a 2.7 to 3.0mm head, supplied in seven lengths from 20mm to 50mm. Their ultra-fine 16-gauge wire and diamond point leave a micropore of about 0.3mm on the surface, so trim, cabinet panels and exhibition fittings can be fastened and filled with almost no visible mark. Sitting between 18-gauge fine brad nails and 14-gauge heavy-duty nails, they are suitable for cabinet assembly, crown molding and interior trim, furniture manufacturing, and exhibition and stage installations.

T Series brad nails are a single-row alligator-stud collated nail made from galvanized iron wire. At 16 gauge the wire measures 1.53mm +/ 0.01mm in diameter, with a 2.7 to 3.0mm head, 1.61mm +/ 0.02mm wire width and 1.33mm +/ 0.02mm wire thickness. Seven lengths cover 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm and 50mm, so one series can handle everything from thin panel work up to 50mm trim assemblies.
T Series sits between the two other brad nail series Rhinails makes. It is finer than the 14-gauge ST Series, which is built for concrete and heavy-duty work, and stronger than the 18-gauge F Series, which is aimed at hardwood furniture and zero-split trim work. If your job is cabinet assembly, crown molding or exhibition and stage equipment, where the filled hole has to disappear under paint or stain, T Series is the middle choice that keeps holding power without enlarging the mark.

Each Rhinails brad nail series is built around one job, and the difference is the wire gauge. T Series uses 16-gauge wire, which is thin enough that the entry hole is barely visible after filling, but still thick enough to hold a cabinet panel or a length of crown molding. Choose the 18-gauge F Series when you need a zero-split result in hardwood and can accept the smallest possible mark, or the 14-gauge ST Series when the fastener has to punch into concrete or carry heavy structural loads.
T Series brad nails are used for:
Cabinet assembly and panel fixing
Crown molding and interior trim
Furniture manufacturing and repair
Architectural decoration finishing projects
Exhibition equipment and stage installations
T Series nails are formed from high quality galvanized iron wire. The zinc coating protects the steel from moisture during storage and through the life of the finished piece, which matters most in furniture, cabinetry and interior fit-outs where humidity swings between seasons. The wire is drawn to a 1.53mm diameter and held to a tolerance of 0.01mm, so every nail in the strip feeds at the same resistance and holds to the same depth.
The diamond point is what creates the 0.3mm micropore at the surface. Because the point separates the wood fibres instead of tearing them, the filler sits flush and the repair disappears under paint, stain or veneer - the reason this series is specified for high-end fine carpentry and custom furniture rather than rough fixing. If your project needs a different coating or a size outside the standard range, tell us the material you are fastening and the environment it will live in, and we will confirm what we can produce.

Rhinails has been manufacturing industrial fasteners since 1996, supplying brad nails, staples, coil nails, ceiling nails, screws and nail guns to distributors and contractors in more than 50 countries. Our vertically integrated production covers steel wire drawing, forming, collating and surface treatment, so wire diameter, head width and strip collation stay consistent from batch to batch. Every shipment is checked for gauge, length and coating before it leaves the factory, and we hold ISO 9001 certification with CE, RoHS and SGS test reports available on request.

Q: Which nail gun runs T Series brad nails?A: T Series nails are collated for 16-gauge pneumatic brad nailers - see our T series pneumatic nailer. Unlike hammer fixing, the pneumatic tool drives each nail to a consistent depth, which is what keeps the micropore uniform across a run. |
Q: What lengths are available?A: Seven: 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm and 50mm. All lengths run on the same tool, so you can switch size without changing equipment. |
Q: What is your MOQ and lead time?A: MOQ starts from 30 cartons and varies by length and packaging. Standard production lead time is 15 to 25 days, with shipping of 7 to 30 working days depending on destination and transport mode. Rush orders can be accommodated. |
Q: What material and finish do they use?A: T Series nails are made from high quality galvanized iron wire - steel with a zinc coating for rust protection. Galvanized is the standard finish; if your project needs a different coating, tell us the environment and we will confirm what is available. |
Q: Can you produce them under our own brand?A: Yes. Rhinails runs OEM and ODM programs covering length, material, head specification, finish, logo and packaging. Send us your drawing or sample and we will confirm the specification and submit a sample for approval before mass production. |
