ABOUT RHINAILS

Huaway Fastener Industry Group, founded in 1996, has dedicated nearly three decades to excellence in the nail manufacturing sector. Evolving from a single nail production unit to an integrated conglomerate, we now span steel trading, raw material refinement, chemical adhesives, printing and packaging, and hardware fasteners. Today, our strategically located modern facilities cover over 200,000 square meters, with annual production exceeding 250,000 tons and a workforce of 3,000 employees, cementing our leadership through scale and capability.

Founding and Foundation

1996: Our first factory pioneered the transformation from raw materials to finished nails, laying the cornerstone for the Group’s growth.

Regional Expansion

2005–2010: Responding to the furniture industry boom in the Pearl River Delta, we established Huaaojia Nail Industry. Expanding northward nationwide, we launched the "Huajian" and "BDE" brands, extending our product line to specialized fasteners including collated nails, brad nails, staples and drywall screws.

Scale Integration

2015–2018: We advanced into eastern and western China, founding Huazhou Metal in Tangshan and establishing a Huajian base in Shanxi. Subsequent expansion of 100 acres (110,000 m²) in Hebei enabled synergy between the "Huajian" and "BDE" brands, boosting production capacity and efficiency.
