Concrete Nails-Silver
Rhinails
Rhinails hardened cement nails are heat treated 60# high carbon steel masonry nails held at HRC 50-55 hardness, so they drive into concrete and brick instead of bending the way soft 45# steel nails do.
Supplied from 25mm to 150mm in 3.0mm to 5.0mm wire and in silver, black or golden finish, they use a diamond point that reduces hammering effort by around 40%, making them suitable for construction, formwork, fixings into concrete block and outdoor installation work.

Hardened cement nails are the direct-drive fixing for concrete, brick and block: you place the nail and hit it, no anchor and no pilot hole in most cases. What decides whether that works is the steel.
Rhinails makes these from 60# high carbon steel that is quenched and hardened to HRC 50-55, which is what keeps the shank straight when it meets dense aggregate rather than mushrooming over or bending at the first strike.
The range runs from 25mm to 150mm in length on 3.0mm to 5.0mm wire, giving light duty sizes for trim and thin sections up to heavy sizes for formwork and structural anchoring.
The second half of the design is the tip and the head. The point is a diamond point that concentrates force on a small area, so less hammer energy is needed to start the nail and the published figure is around 40% less hammering effort than a blunt or soft-steel nail.
The head is a large flat head that spreads the strike across a wide stress area, which is why it is easy to hit accurately and why it does not deform under a heavy hammer.
Silver, black and golden versions are all produced from galvanized steel wire with a rust protection treatment, so the nail does not start corroding inside the wall.

The failure mode of a cheap concrete nail is always the same: the shank bends or the head mushrooms before the point has gone in.
That happens when the steel is soft. Rhinails uses 60# high carbon steel that is heat treated to HRC 50-55, and the published comparison is against standard 45# steel nails, which are not hardened to the same level and do not hold their shape in dense concrete.
Combining that hardness with a diamond point is what makes the difference on site: the nail starts fast, drives straight, and finishes with the head still flat enough to take another strike.
Hardened cement nails are used for:
Fixing timber, battens and packers to concrete and brick walls
Formwork and shuttering assembly on site
Fixing conduit, trunking, clips and cable saddles to masonry
Concrete block and dense brick structural anchoring
Outdoor installation work, fencing and general renovation
Every nail in the range starts as galvanized steel wire, which gives it rust protection both in storage and once it is inside the wall.
The wire is formed, quenched and hardened so the shank is solid rather than surface hard only, and the diamond point is ground to a sharp even angle so puncture ability stays consistent from nail to nail.
The result is a nail with hardness and toughness at the same time, which is what lets it penetrate concrete, stone and other hard materials without snapping.
The range comes in three finishes, so you can match the fixing to the job: silver for the cleanest appearance on exposed or interior work, and black and golden where the fixing is meant to disappear into darker materials or read as a decorative detail on visible timber.
All three are colour options on the same hardened nail, and OEM colour and branding are available if you need a specific shade.

Not sure which length and diameter fit your build up? Send us the substrate you are fixing into and the thickness of the material you are fixing, and we will recommend the size that drives cleanly without punching through.
Rhinails has been manufacturing industrial fasteners since 1996, supplying cement nails, paper strip nails, staples and brad nails to distributors and contractors in over 50 countries.
Our vertically integrated production covers steel wire drawing, forming, quenching and hardening, point grinding, coating and export packing, so diameter, hardness and point angle stay consistent from batch to batch.
Every batch is inspected before it leaves the factory, and we hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, with CE, RoHS and SGS test reports available on request.

Ready to Order Hardened Cement Nails? Factory-direct pricing, custom color and packaging, and bulk quantities available. Standard lead time 15 to 25 days. |
Q: Do I need to drill a pilot hole first?A: In most cases no. The diamond point concentrates the strike force, so the nail starts in concrete and masonry under a hammer, and the published figure is about 40% less hammering effort than a soft steel nail. For very dense concrete or for larger diameters, a rotary hammer or a small pilot hole makes the drive easier. Tell us your substrate and we will confirm the method. |
Q: What hardness are these nails?A: They are heat treated 60# high carbon steel at HRC 50-55, which is what lets them penetrate dense concrete and stone without bending. That is a higher working hardness than standard 45# steel masonry nails, which are not hardened to the same level. |
Q: Which color should I choose?A: All three finishes are produced from galvanized steel wire with a rust protection treatment, so the choice is about appearance and application rather than performance. Silver suits exposed work where a bright galvanized finish is wanted, black blends into dark materials and structural work, and golden is used as a decorative detail. Custom colors are available on OEM orders. |
Q: What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?A: MOQ starts from 30 cartons, with box and carton counts confirmed per order, and sample orders are supported so you can test the nail on your own substrate. Standard production takes 15 to 25 days after deposit, and transit takes 7 to 30 working days depending on destination. |
Q: Can you produce these under our own brand?A: Yes. These cement nails are supplied as OEM and ODM, covering diameter, length, color, coating and packaging with your own label. Send a drawing, sample or specification and we will confirm it and submit a sample for your approval before mass production. |
